Missed But Not Forgotten

Starting out the new year with some somber news: Long-time admin of WarcraftPets, Doobjanka, is stepping down from his position as Community Manager.

Doobjanka was the first official admin of WarcraftPets (other than Breanni), long before I started volunteering. He's been essential in building and maintaining the WarcraftPets community; WarcraftPets definitely wouldn't be the same without his efforts.

We met once at BlizzCon 2011, where fortune smiled on us and all of the WarcraftPets administrators was in attendance. I had a good time talking about pets and getting to know him a little better. He's such a nice guy. :)

I'm sad to see him go; it was an honor to work with him and great to meet someone so passionate and enthusiastic about pets. But I'm happy for his recent engagement and wish him nothing but the best in all of his life-adventures!
