All this talk about TCG pets reminded me that there's another loot card companion coming "soon", and that a release date was announced for it.
The Eye of the Legion will be the common loot card from the upcoming TCG expansion deck, Timewalkers: War of the Ancients. This deck should be available starting October 2, 2012, so expect to see the companion sometime around then.
It's been a while since I mentioned this pet, but it's basically another wanna-be warlock companion haha. Here's a preview of it from MMO-Champion. It looks pretty much like the warlock ability Eye of Kilrogg.
I can just imagine all the funsies warlocks are going to have with the Eye of the Legion and their Eye of Kilrogg. Having two identical floating eyeballs out at the same time? That's some great material for some neat screenshots right there!
I'm curious to find out what idle animations the Eye of the Legion will have, though. IF it has any, that is.
Epic eye lazer beam of death? Blinking lol?
