Pet Battles is an entirely new feature and system in WoW, so it's not out of the ordinary to run into glitches and bugs. I've noticed a few myself, and there are reports of many others.
That being said, the Pet Battles forum and Bug Report forum are your friends!
If you have questions or concerns about a certain mechanic or what you feel may be a bug, do a quick search in either section and see if other players are having the same issue. Creating an entirely new thread about a topic when one already exists might not be the best idea since the blues prefer we didn't do that. Help them help us and search for the issue first. :)
Like with all collecting, patience is required for this new mini-game. The creases will get ironed out eventually, so we just have to sit tight. That doesn't mean we can't still enjoy ourselves while we wait. :D
