Bosses That Drop Pets

This is mainly for my own reference so I don't have to keep checking Wowhead.

Vanilla raids that drop pets:
Molten Core
- boss 2, 7, and 8
Blackwing Lair
- boss 1, 3, and 7
Temple of Ahn'Qiraj
- boss 1 and 5 and optional boss 2
Naxxramas (10 or 25 man)
- boss 3 in The Plague Quarter
- boss 3 in The Arachnid Quarter
- boss 3 in The Construct Quarter

    Hey, don't make me check Wowhead.

    What are the pets that drop?

    Also, when you list three bosses in MC for example, is that three different pets?

      @Raax: Here is a list of the pets that drop. And yes, for each boss listed is an individual pet.

    I believe the patch notes said that the mechanics have been reworked on some of the bosses to make them "more easily" soloable? Should make getting these fun :) Always fun to get a group going, but might as well use alts for more chances!

      @Pukanini: All of them are solo-able except for a couple in AQ40, I think. Patchwerk in Naxx is probably not solo-able by most classes.

      I wasn't able to do razor in bwl. However I managed all the pet drop bosses in aq40 solo. Patchwerk stopped me in naxx a rogue though.

      I did feel razor was doable with enough patience though, although his abilities were bugged for me? Multiple attempts without getting close/mass death and I called in a friend.

    "Raid groups are no longer necessary to enter pre-Mists of Pandara raid dungeons. Enemies in these raids that previously required more than one player to defeat are now more easily dealt with by players battling alone."

    Ok sooo, the drop rate isn't too bad. I did 4 MC runs and got all three of the pets in there. The little Harbringer of Flame is so cute haha

    Viscidus is still as hard/impossible to solo as someone without Frost damage.

      I did it as a combat rogue with two daggers enchanted with deathfrost....second tier of cata legendaries..not the legendaries themselves.. Matter of getting as many melee hits as possible once frozen. Damage doesn't seem to be the key.
