to clarify things, blizzard has given us official dates to remember for those entering into this year's special arena tournament.
only games played between june 8, 2011 and july 4, 2011 will count towards the 50 games necessary to be eligible for the pet, murkimus. so mark your calendars and keep an eye on the date!
I'm looking to sign up this year, however I've got a question. Is there some kind of counter that lets you know how many fights I've been in or am I going to have to make notes?
ReplyDeleteTo anyone taking part, if you see an Undead Shadow Priest called Raax in the arena. Please can you at least let him get a DoT on you before you hammer him into the ground ;)
@Raax: i haven't actually participated in the arena tournament so i'm not sure, but i don't think there's a counter that let's you know. it's probably a good idea if you keep track yourself.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know of a "pet league" for the arena tourney?
ReplyDeleteI'm horrible at pvp and don't want to inflict myself on an unsuspecting team that is actually trying to make it up the charts.
@Boltac: head over to WarcraftPets.com and if you already have an account, feel free to publish that you're looking for a team in your comment. if you don't have an account, it's free to register!
ReplyDeleteremember to at least make an attempt with your team to fully participate in the rated matches, though. blizzard will take action against players and teams who win/lose trade games. keep in the spirit of arenas and even if you don't enjoy it or feel you aren't good at it, remember it's all for murkimus! :)
